Member of Interforce
As a member of InterForce, we help to create and strengthen the cooperation between the Danish business community and the Armed Forces, by creating understanding around competences and resource exchange.
The resource is collectively the people who have a responsibility both with the Armed Forces and in civil business. In Tech-Huset we support the people who help out in the Danish Defense. The task being to give them optimal conditions, to contribute strongly in both places.
It requires common understanding and flexible terms for the employees we may have who would like to be able to make use of this network and the associated events.
We also support "Uniform at Work" day. Which is one fixed day of the year when reservists and volunteers in the Armed Forces, the Home Guard, the National Emergency Agency and the Coastal Rescue Service can put on their uniform when they go to work.
What is InterForce?
InterForce is an organisation attached to the Defense Command. The Reserve Force consists of men and women who are soldiers in the Reserve. But it also consists of the many volunteers in the Home Guard, the Emergency Management Agency and the Coastal Rescue Service.
InterForce was created to work closely with the civil sector. Those who have people employed who are part of the Reserve Force. Or those of who simply want to support Danish defense and preparedness, and who want to make your contribution to Denmark's security in an uncertain world.
