ESG Report 2023
Tech-Huset has taken the first steps in the sustainable direction. Today Tech-Huse can publish our first ESG Report for 2023.
We have chosen to focus on our CO2 emissions in relation to energy consumption, water consumption, fuel consumption, sickness absence and gender diversity. In addition, we have initiated procedures in accordance with the GDPR, whistleblower scheme and bribery and also corruption.
The purpose of the report is to increase the focus on our energy consumption and to continuously track and follow this closely every year, so that we can implement the measures that may prove necessary in relation to reducing our CO2 emissions as a company.
Especially the social parts of the report such as employee satisfaction and conditions are something that has great interest and attention for us at Tech-Huset, as we want to have, and continue to create, a good work culture and a good working environment.
ESG
ESG stands for Environment, Social and Governance and is a report that covers the environment and climate, social conditions and corporate behaviour.
At Tech-Huset we have produced our first ESG Report in 2024.
